You are:

	A top-notch, experienced, hard working engineering professional

	Experienced in building sophisticated software products from ground up
	Able to independently evaluate, plan and implement projects with offshore teams.
	Able to wear multiple hats
	Customer engagements, fundraising, trade show, etc, if needed.

Duties: Be part of a top-notch Software team, providing technical leadership for software initiatives. Accomplish corporate business objectives by building, enthusing and empowering a world-class team. Strong technical candidates can optionally apply as lead engineer. This is an extremely hands-on technical position.

Candidates are expected to be top-notch technologists in their area of excellence, which should include one or more of:

	Video-on-Demand (VOD) delivery
	Switched Digital Broadcast
	Storage Server Architectures, SAN/NAS internals
	MPEG transport over IP in a CATV environment
	Advertising acquisition and ad-insertion/Digital Program Insertion
	Website crawling, portal spiders, content acquisition
	Video Media Asset Management
	Transcoding (MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264)
	Broadcast Television and CATV industries
	Linux Server implementations
	Video compositing, etc.
